My Wetlands

They are mine and they are yours,
Even for those who take the tours.
They are so beautiful,
Can’t you see?
They are so beautiful for you and me.
Give me the moss on the trees,
The cypress knees,
And the dew drops,
Won’t you please?
Help me save them
Just you and me,
This is my little plea.
Protection is a must
Or the little animals will not trust.
They need you and me
To grow up and live in glee!
